Data deletion

You can remove provider data without sharing a password or contacting the website developer first.

Disconnect from the website

1. Sign in to this website's administration portal.
2. Open Connections.
3. Open the Instagram feed or Google reviews manager.
4. Select Disconnect and confirm.

This deletes the stored OAuth token and content synced from that provider. Manually entered website content is not provider data and is retained until an administrator removes it.

Remove access at the provider

You can also remove the app in Instagram's Apps and websites settings or in Google's third-party account access settings. When Instagram sends a verified deletion request, the website automatically deletes the matching token and synced Instagram media and returns a confirmation receipt to Meta.

Request assistance

If you cannot access the administration portal, email shady@weborbitllc.com with the business name, connected provider, and the username or business location to remove. Do not send a password or access token.
